Central Heating & Boiler Power Flushing Service

Carrying out a power flush can dramatically improve the performance and efficiency of a central heating system. Cleaning out any sludge that may have built up over time from within the system can also prolong the life of your boiler and greatly reduce the risk of a breakdown.

Our GasSafe registered boiler & heating engineers undertake central heating power flushing in London domestic properties. 

We charge by time for our central heating & boiler power flushing service at a rate of £90+vat per hour. 

*There is an additional £25+vat fee for the specialist equipment we need to use for this service.

Depending largely on the type of hot water system & number radiators you have connected to your central heating system you can expect the power flushing of a domestic central heating system to take on average 4-7 hours.

If you have more than 12 radiators connected to your central heating system we will need to undertake a Survey & Quote visit. This will cost £35+vat and will allow us to assess your heating system and provide a fixed price quote for the power flushing. Should you accept the quote we will deduct the survey fee off the final cost.

We encourage all customers to consider having a MagnaClean filter fitted immediately following the deep clean of the system. This ensures ongoing filtering of the circulating hot water and long term health of the boiler and central heating system. We charge a fixed price of £200+vat to supply and fit a MagnaClean filter to your system.
