Electronic Communications Policy

Silver Saints Electronic Communications Policy

Silver Saints tries to run as paperless as possible a business.

This means that we will use electronic communications via email, phone, sms & Whatsapp messaging for:

  • Booking Confirmation emails or texts or Whatsapp messages
  • Direct communications between the Saint and the customer regarding their booking
  • Schedule change or arrival time notifications
  • Completed Work-orders
  • Invoices and receipts
  • Credit control
  • Estimates and quotations
  • Feedback requests
  • Special offers and service offerings

By registering your details or making a booking you accept and agree that Silver Saints can communicate with you electronically in order to carry out its primary business and maintain an ongoing relationship.

Adrian is just excellent. We have been working with him for over two years and he always make sure the job is done to a professional standard. They even come back if you’re not happy with anything, which is a service we’ve rarely had to use with Adrian. Not all handyman created equal and some will try and make as much money out of you as they can while delivering the substandard work - that’s not Adrian.

I recently had Pawel Sadlowski from "Silver Saints," over to specifically replace door handles. He did a great job. I’ve settled on a four-star rating for now, primarily because have a couple of additional projects. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of his work and would certainly recommend his services for anyone needing a reliable handyman.
