We know what it takes to offer great customer service and we strive to leave a satisfied customer 100% of the time. To achieve this we offer 'Silver Service from Booking to Billing' on every visit.

This Silver Service includes: 

Booking: 

  • Booking enquiries will be dealt with quickly and efficiently by our friendly and knowledgeable customer service team.
  • We will discuss your requirement with you and give you a rough estimate of cost at the booking stage.
  • Jobs scheduled for a specific date and time that you are available. Allowing for a 30 minute arrival window.
  • Payment details will be taken from you at the time of booking.

 Service: 

  • We'll keep you informed on the day of the job if the handyman is running either ahead or behind schedule.
  • When the handyman arrives he will assess all the jobs you want doing and give you a more accurate cost estimate.
  • The handyman will undertake the work, make certain you are happy with the result and clean up after himself.
  • Once your work is completed the handyman will email you a work-order as a pdf attachment directly from his smartphone.

Billing: 

  • Payment will be taken from your credit/debit card within 24 hours of the end of each visit.
  • A copy of the paid invoice and a feedback request will be emailed to you once the payment has been approved.
