Portable Appliance Testing for offices, homes and retail
outlets.
A safe work environment must surely be top of the list for
both employers and employees. Although PAT testing is not a
legal requirement it is often a statutory requirement of insurance
companies and health & safety certifications.
There is no shortage of specialist PAT testing companies
who are set up to test hundreds or even thousands of
appliances for large organisations. It is however very
difficult to get one of these companies to test just a handful
of appliances or add new appliances to an
existing PAT register.
Silver Saints Handyman Service specialises in small jobs,
we offer PAT testing packages for companies and landlords
wanting to test 1-50 appliances.
We also specialise in the testing and certification of

How Much?
We charge based on the number of appliances you need
testing:
1-6 Appliances £60+VAT
9-15 Appliances £80+VAT
16-25 Appliances £95+VAT
26-35 Appliances £130+VAT
36-45 Appliances £165+VAT
46-55 Appliances £200+VAT
New PAT register - £25+VAT
How Long?
Allow 5-15 minutes per appliance.
What Else?
PAT testing is not a legal requirement for landlords. However it
is required by some landlord insurance policies for the appliances
supplied as part of the rental agreement and is recommended by
landlord associations as good practice.
We will issue any landlords with a test certificate for all the
appliances tested.
