Silver Saints

This was the first time I used Silver Saints and I would recommend your company to anyone (and already have). Manfred did a superb job; he was quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable on all the maintenance subjects that I raised with him. Silver Saints are like a breath of fresh air - I didn't think companies such as yours existed any more.

Stan arrived well on time and did the jobs required very neatly and carefully, in the high standards I have now become used to from Silver Saints. You guys are by far the most professional and helpful handyman service I have ever come across.

I mentioned when I phoned the office to book some more work that I was really delighted with the work and how professional and friendly Eric was. I have a great nervousness about getting people in to do things (bad experiences in the past) and this experience has completely transformed my view of the industry. I think you are doing great things and will certainly recommend you in the future.

Eric undertook a variety of jobs, putting up vertical, wooden, roller and roman blinds as well as replacing a number of light fittings, assembling a CD case and putting a draught excluder on the door. He advised me on a number of issues including using low energy bulbs with dimmer switches. The all round service that Silver Saints provide is exceptional and quality of work second to none. I would definitely use Silver Saints again and am happy to recommend them to others.

I had excellent service from Eric. He arrived on a motorbike, and was polite, engaging and hardworking from start to finish. I'll leave an official review now.

I wanted to let you know that your employee Luke visited my property this morning to complete several DIY jobs. Not only was he very professional, he left my property in immaculate condition, reconnected my many wires to their sockets and put all my heavy furniture back in the correct position. I did not have to ask him to do any of this rather he did it all without prompting. I would be pleased to recommend him and your service.

John was polite, smartly turned out, courteous and friendly. He was just 8 minutes late arriving but called me 5 minutes before he was due to explain that he would be a few minutes late - unheard of in your industry in my experience. The work he undertook was completed to my satisfaction and he left the bathroom in a suitable state. I would specifically ask for him to attend should I need the services of your company in the future as he is a credit to you.

Just a quick email to tell you how pleased I was with Richard and Roman today. They were both professional friendly and well humoured. Every time something goes wrong at the guest house and call out for help I am often left down with shoddy work or people not turning up at all. It does make a refreshing difference when you get genuine people who turn up on time and take pride with what they do.

I used SS for the first time this week and I will be happy to recomend it to anyone on need of getting a job done. Paul was very helpful and good at his job. He had knowledge across a range of jobs and he was clean, carefull and tidy. He arrived on time and did all jobs very proffesionally.
